Introduction
UNL-X12 paper cup making machine with ultrasonic sealing device is an equipment suit for single PE and double PE coated paper cup. It Can run the whole procedure of paper-feeding, sealing oiling, bottom-punching heating, rolling, rimming, rounding, and tripping. Produce coffee cups, ice cream cup and other drink cups.
Main Advantage：
1）our machine use three shafts instead of tradition two shafts , it makes machine much stronger
2) for driving system， we have two kinds as option，for traditional gear box driving ，All our machine use big 125# gear box instead of 100# , machines can work stably than normal type . of course， we can use big cam driving instead of gear box
3）We use chains running instead of leather belt for knurling motor , so , it can enlarge the machine life ,and motor we imported from taiwan
4）The Clamping parts was designed copy from germany ,the three cams working separately,and it can reduce the rate of body paper sealed malposition.
